Pharmacy Sales Representative Job Opening in Allentown, Pennsylvania - Overview: Works under the supervision of the pharmacist to provide information and marketing materials to prospective business clients, including doctors and veterinarians.
Responsibilities:
Promote the pharmacy and its capabilities by providing product information
Assessing clients? needs and relaying proper information to the pharmacy
Develop and maintain marketing materials
Enhance existing business relationships with clients
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
Work Environment: Based out of the pharmacy, but frequently commuting to various doctors? offices and veterinary hospitals
Education and Skills:
Bachelor?s degree in the field is encouraged
Very strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and its components
Above average record keeping and documentation capabilities
Highly motivated and self-confident
