As an OTA Sales Executive, you will quickly bond with your prospect, establishing a strong rapport that allows you to fully explore their reason for seeking out our education. Extensive and ongoing sales training is provided.

Desired Skills and Experience
· 5 years? sales experience with at least 2 years in a consumer-based environment is preferred.
· A consultative sales background - the ability to connect and gain trust quickly!
· Ability to work some weekends every month; and occasional evenings as needed.
· The ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment
· Selling financial education and related products, primarily face to face.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also a must. experience is a bonus!
· Contacting prospects by phone to generate new registrations in our free seminars and paid classes.
· Building continuous and productive relationships with students and providing ongoing support.

Your first challenge will be to learn about the elements of selling using our methodology, develop a solid understanding of our education courses, students, and the Company?s business practices. Upon hiring, you will take part in a focused, tailored training program, consisting of product and sales training. From there, you will be surrounded and supported by top salesmen and women.
