Toxicology Sales Rep Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Captiva Lab, LLC is a leading clinical diagnostic laboratory providing Drug Testing and Biological Monitoring to medical and treatment facilities nationwide. The company prides itself in its ability to stay current on the newest technological advancements in laboratory testing, creating reliable, precise, and critical information necessary to assist our clients in providing the best treatment possible.
Currently, we are expanding and we are seeking EXPERIENCED Toxicology Sales/Laboratory Sales Professionals to join our team on a full-time/contract basis.
The ideal candidate:
*MUST have current book of business in Toxicology or Blood/Urine testing.
Sales professional must have an active book of business with Addiction and Treatment facilities, Pain Clinics, Pain Specialist, Family Practices, Internal Medicine Physicians, Neurology, Surgical Centers, OrthoSpine, Orthopedic, Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation Centers, OB/GYN's, and/ all other related clinics.
The core responsibilities for the position includes but is not limited to:
Foster the growth of Captiva Lab, LLC drug testing and toxicology services by prospecting for new business, closing new accounts, while maintaining, and increasing sales volume of current accounts.
Utilize existing relationships and create new ones with pain, rheumatology, osteopathy internal medicine and family practice physicians and clinic directors/owners. Create avenues to open the discussion of allowing a different approach to accessing, setting up and servicing practices with urine toxicology drug testing services.
Have the ability to discuss the various approaches to prescription drug monitoring using urine drug screening and testing from a technical and laymen?s perspective to potential clients
Meet and exceed all sales quotas provided by Captiva Lab?s Business Development Leadership team. Meeting with providers to detail Captiva Lab products and services as it relates to patient care.
Participate in conferences and local meetings to generate sales leads for potential clients and increase awareness of company services
Maintain all prospects and current client information on a weekly basis, attend sales meetings as appropriate.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year Toxicology and/or Laboratory sales experience with documented results
Strong clinical background - comfortable discussing reference ranges, blood and urine collection practices, and general insurance questions.
Must exhibit a high degree of interpersonal and effective communication skills
Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Have the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Firm understanding of pharmacology and major drug classes is preferred
Salary: Extremely competitive base salary with an aggressive commission structure
