Entry Level Public Accountant/CPA Candidate Job Opening in New Bedford, Massachusetts - We are seeking to add a new Staff Accountant with 0 to 2+ years career-relevant work experience to our CPA firm. Technical skills in public accounting, including audit, preparation of financial statements, disclosures, limited tax planning/tax returns, management letters and efficient work paper documentation are helpful not necessary and will be developed and perfected. However, you must have strong working knowledge of accounting, absolute proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, a comfort working in a fully electronic environment, the interest in exceeding expectations and the ability to meet deadlines. In addition, client contact is required, and you should be able to communicate effectively with client employees and members of a client?s management.
