GIS/SARS/ESRI Software Development Group Lead Job Opening in Kearneysville, West virginia - Trinity Global Consulting is seeking a GIS/SARS/ESRI Software Development Group Lead to support a major federal agency?s application development portfolio as they are migrated to the Windows 10 platform and are modernized/enhanced and expanded to meet cybersecurity and mission goal criteria. This Lead position is located 30 Miles from Leesburg.
REQUIREMENTS
Manage group responsible for and designing new USCG GIS/SARS/ESRI software applications used across USCG mission groups.
Work with secure coding and Agile/SCRUM teams to ensure effective and efficient applications within budgets and operational constraints
Ensure that all work product aligns with DHS, DoD and US Cyber compliance requirements
Establish consistent open channels of communications with USCG mission group business owners to ensure effective design, development and production of solutions that address mission requirements
Ensure that all work product is developed and completed within budget, and delivered on time according to established schedules
REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum 8 years hands on experience and enhancing GIS/SARS/ESRI applications and systems in classified federal environments
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master?s Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or equivalent technical field, 7+ years? experience supporting projects and systems of similar size, scope and technical complexity.
Bachelor?s Degree may be accepted if sufficiently technical experience is demonstrated to offset the educational requirement; 10+ years IT experience supporting projects and systems of similar size, scope and technical complexity .
