Are you looking to work only weekdays!!! Then join our team of Elite Sales Associates today! You will be part of a team focusing on inbound/outbound phone sales. You will be responsible for calling on warm leads and closing immediate sales. The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, highly self-motivated and poses strong verbal & communication skills.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Utilize consultative negotiation/sales and customer service skills to identify sales/retention opportunities
Handle customer and/or client inquiries regarding account status and follow-up of same
Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions
Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions
Flexibility to troubleshoot potential challenges and advise management with solutions
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations
Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture.
Ability to learn product suite quickly * Demonstrate strong product/technical knowledge
Education/ Experience/ Other Requirements:
High energy with a proven track record in a sales incentive based structure 2 years
Problem solver, analytical and advanced negotiations skills
Excellent verbal/written communications skills * Excellent customer service and organizational skills 2 years
Ability to perform in a fast pace environment
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus
PC proficiency
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
Previous Telesales experience a plus
Compensation: Base Salary plus aggressive commission plan!
