This is a UNIQUE opportunity with Camellia Home Health for a Director of Operations (Registered Nurse) to join our growing and independent team! Responsibilities include:
Camellia employs Registered Nurses with strong management skills and extensive home health knowledge to lead our local offices.
These DON positions are responsible for the overall daily operations of the local offices including managing staff, clinical leadership, and ensuring financial viability and growth of the office.
DONs typically work in the office, but occasionally they are required to make visits and take night or weekend call.
DOOs represent the organization in the community and work one-on-one with referral sources to ensure patient care is of the highest quality.
