What to Expect:
As a Style Scout with Scout & Molly ?s, you will create an unforgettable store experience for all customers. You will manage various different tasks while ensuring each customer feels as if their shopping experience was personalized just for them.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest level of customer care
Build relationships with customers
Help to determine what the customers needs are while also showing the customer items she didn?t even know she needed, but she now wants
Ensure that each customer leaves with a positive impression, feeling good about herself and already thinking about the next time she will come back to Scout & Molly ?s
Always answer the phone with proper etiquette
Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the store
Assist with merchandising as well as re-stocking when needed
Uphold all company policies
