Business Development Pros is a business to business sales process management company that specializes in all aspects of the sales process including: researching, sales process set up/implementation, prospecting, email marketing, account management, business consulting, and closing the sale. Poised for aggressive growth, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative to join the BDPros team.
Basic Job Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for supporting sales activities, assisting with database administration, and creating content for marketing initiatives. Tasks included in this role include:
Provide sales support and/or work directly with designated sales staff to support specific clients.
Data Entry in multiple CRM?s / Databases
Content Creation including (but not limited to):
Email campaign content for a variety of clients across a variety of industries
Prospecting email content creation to align with strategic marketing efforts for our clients
Procedure and Policy Maintenance and Creation
Database Management including:
Modifying the database structure, as necessary
Generating various reports by querying from database as per need
Maintaining database integrations i.e. campaign software, external calendars, etc.
Creation of analytics reports from system data
Some spent in sales functions
Regular attendance in multiple weekly meetings, possibly taking minutes and distributing to the team
Possible travel to client site(s)
Working with confidential client and company information. NDA and Non-Compete documents will apply
Other side projects as assigned by Director of Operations and/or designated Account Manager(s)

Required Experience
Some college
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Excel and Word
Proficient in CRM systems
Valid driver?s license and transportation
Preferred Experience
College degree in a related field
