Sales Account Executive Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Thorough knowledge of the client solution and technology to deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Pipeline development of new accounts, sales leads follow up, and account upsell/expansion of existing clients within region to meet and exceed revenue targets. Pipeline development to 3x-4x revenue targets will be expected over time, and account new business and account upsell/expansion will be critical elements of success in meeting these targets.
Prospecting and account penetration via phone, email, networking, and creative account entry strategies with approximately 6-10 meaningful account interactions per week.
Accurate reporting with the use of to record account activity, emails, notes, sales blockers and revenue expectations frequently.
Business acumen and negotiating skills. The Account Executive will be responsible for primary negotiation with clients. A thorough understanding of business drivers, pricing models and potential ?trades? will be essential in this position. Being able to articulate the strategic benefits and business case considerations to justify the client solution are also requirements of the role.
Resource management working closely with client resources (i.e. sales engineers, executives, inside sales, operations, legal, etc.) to ensure that clients receive timely information and assistance for a positive experience. Being timely and organized in managing these resources is critical in this role.
Territory and expense management, minimizing costs while maximizing efforts to adequately penetrate the territory.
Collaborate with Sales and Product leadership to win competitive deals including response preparation to RFIs and RFPs.
Four-year degree
Minimum 5 years technology sales experience
