Summary: O'Brien Insurance Services Washington is an Allstate agency located inside Lexus of Bellevue, we will be opening later this year and looking to start hiring and training insurance sales agents! We are seeking a highly driven group of professionals, who are motivated to sell under an uncapped commission plan, self- starters, who work well independently and on a team! Being inside the dealership gives us a unique advantage of being face to face with 2x-3x people who have purchased news car who are potential clients! We also have one of the busiest service bays in the area servicing almost a thousand people a week! Our partnered agency in Oregon is currently ranked in the top ten in the nation and we are looking to add to those rankings. This is an exciting opportunity to get in an at the start of a new agency with an unlimited potential for growth and earning potential!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
Following up on leads via email, phone
Review and present insurance products to potential customers
Set appointments for additional products depending on customer needs
Comply with all Federal and State laws regarding Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance
Education and/or Experience:
Candidates are required to perform the essential function(s) for the position.
Required:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Office, the ability to operate other office equipment
Ability to successfully pass the Oregon Insurance Property and Casualty State Exam within one year of hire is required.
Preferred:
3+ years of experience in a Sales or Customer Service capacity
Insurance experience - Bachelor's degree preferred
Desired:
Active P&C license for the State of Oregon desired.
Training Provided:
O'Brien Insurance Services Washington provides education and training. Also, allows for reimbursement for the State of Washington's Property and Casualty Insurance Exam fees and schooling for candidates who do not currently have an active P&C license.
Work Demands:
Auto dealership office and service shop setting, where noise level and interruptions may be frequent. Requires the ability to concentrate and consistently produce accurate work. May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, and must be able to lift or move items 10-20 lbs occasionally. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Compensation & Benefits:
