RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate ability to sell, explain offers, warranties, services. Become a subject matter expert on manufacturer vehicles, features, and accessories. Demonstrate the vehicle and how its characteristics, capabilities, and features will benefit the customer .* Consult with potential customers to gain understanding of needs *. Compare and contrast competitive models to assist customers in their vehicle selection process .* Consult with customer upon vehicle delivery to ensure understanding of product and features *. Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources including phone, internet, walk-ins, and referrals .* Maintain ongoing relationships with previously sold customers *. Support and achieve the Sales Department's monthly goals .* Enhance dealership online reputation by encouraging customer's positive feedback on various online review portals *. Follow all company safety policies and procedures . Participate in ongoing educational opportunities
