CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/ INSIDE SALES Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/ INSIDE SALES JOB REQUIREMENTS: Applicant must be customer friendly, sales driven, and detail oriented. Candidate must be product and industry knowledgeable to the safety/construction industry and/or be a quick learner. Candidate must be computer literate and social media knowledgeable. Reliability and positive attitude are critical requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Counter Sales/Walk-in Customer Sales 1. Responsible for walk-in customer sales and counter sales during normal office hours. 2. Responsible for customer maintenance and followup for new walk-in customers. 3. Knowledge of Sage100 interface is preferable but not necessary Customer Service: 1. Telephone, fax, and website order processing, quotations, and information dissemination to and from our customers and potential customers 2. Website support (secondary support) 3. Could lead to possible outside sales with commission after initial 9 month training period. Initial Salary: $12.50- $14.50/hr depending on qualifications Salary increases are based on positive annual performance evaluations Hours: We are open from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Employees are expected to work an 8 hours/day. Lunches are 30 minutes. Employees will work 32-40 hours/week.
