Business Analyst Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - CaseMax is a software development company offering law firms innovative case management software to facilitate efficiency and business growth. We are looking for someone to manage our application support team and help them to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This person will work closely with the other managers and company shareholders to ensure that the company meets our support service level agreements and meets the needs of our existing clients.
Business Analyst
Primary responsibilities: Acts as a translator between the end user and the developers throughout the entire development cycle by identifying, prioritizing and documenting business problems, their root causes and the associated software requirements.
Secondary responsibilities:
Assists with project prioritization and project planning
Assists with the definition of test scenarios for new requirements
Administers and manages end user testing
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of business analysis experience
Experience working on an agile team is very desirable
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems
Strong analytical skills
Regular and reliable attendance
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and clients
Experience developing and updating project plans for new feature development and/or client implementations
