Solutions Architect / VP - Insurance Claims Technology
Successful, growing insurance technology (InsurTech) firm has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solutions Architect / IT Director or VP to lead a software team developing / implementing insurance claims processing technology. This position is open due to growth. Located in the greater NJ/NYC area.
Requirements for the Solutions Architect / Software Development Director / VP role:
10+ years experience in a software development leadership / management
Insurance industry or InsurTech experience needed, specifically in claims processing (or closely related) technology development and implementation
Strong client-facing background in solutions implementations / integrations - presenting, estimating, functional and technical requirements definition, managing expectations, reporting, etc.
Past programming experience and experience leading development teams in a C# , SQL Server environment
Experience leading software development / implementation in an Agile environment
Experience in software product management and determining product / solutions roadmap
Compensation:
Salary in the range of $140K - $150K + bonus and a full benefits package.
