ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Audits accounting records to determine financial status of the organization and prepares financial reports.
Develops audit procedures and schedules to ensure compliance throughout the organization.
Oversees the coordination of the internal audit program, including developing audit procedures and schedules.
Consults with independent examiners and regulatory agencies during audits of the organization.
Investigates possible irregularities within the financial or operational records.
Reports audit findings and makes recommendations to executives and other members of the management team.
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with others.
Travels as needed.
Receives and carries out instructions.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively while demonstrating leadership. This role requires managing deadlines so strong problem solving skills is a must. We prefer someone with a Bachelor's Degree; or three to four years of related experience.
