Our client, a leading national property management firm, is adding a Property Accountant to their growing team. The Property Accountant will be personally responsible for all aspects of accounting (including CAM reconciliation) and bookkeeping for a portfolio of up to 9 properties. To qualify for this role, individual must have experience performing multifamily property accounting. Any exposure to MRI would be helpful but is not essential.
