Office Administrator Job Opening in Bowling Green, Kentucky - Currently seeking an Office Administrator to fill a position with a Building Supply Company in the Bowling Green, KY area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Clerical experience with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator
Perform a variety of administrative and office operations support activities for one or more people or departments.
Serve as a resource of all office policy, methods and procedures.
Perform data entry and retrieval functions.
Assist with the preparation of reports and perform various accounting, compliance, inventory, or HR related duties as requested.
May assist with HR processes and coordinate HR data transfer to regional HR.
Perform all other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Office Administrator
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of Clerical experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to organize, prioritize, and efficiently manage projects
Must be reliable, innovative and motivated
