Seeking part-time with possible full-time for right candidate.
Sales Associate requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills, 2+ years experience preferred
Highly skilled at soft sales, cross-selling and customer relationship management
Knowledge and/or experience in retail merchandising
Inventory control
Work effectively with other team members
Demonstrate energy and excitement about our products with customers
Joy in cooking and/or eating fine food and beverages and sharing experiences and appreciation, ability to story tell
Passion about product quality, wellness and food.
Self-motivation, reliability and unquestionable integrity.
Attention to details and demonstrate accountability for all policies, procedures and tasks, including those related to customer service, product labeling, food safety, scrupulous cleaning, attractive product packaging and expense management.
Ability to work well with others, bring fun to work and maintain positive attitudes.
