Strategic & Capitol Planning Consultant Kaiser Permanente�s Southern California Regional Strategy and Delivery System Strategy/Capitol Planning Groups consist of strategic planners and consultants with a broad array of health care, strategic, financial, capitol, and facility planning backgrounds. We provide the following services that support the Southern California Region and the local medical center areas: Providing expert consultation on the design, development, and implementation of plans and projects related to service distribution and capitol planning Assessing needs and develop options, recommendations for operational and capitol projects Developing business cases for capitol projects Analyzing and developing functional and space programs in adherence to approved business cases Providing market and investment portfolio analyses Service delivery strategy development including situation assessments, forecasts, scenario development, and feasibility testing Decision support for executive leadership The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/finance, health care, or related field; a master's degree in these fields is highly desirable Depending on the level of the position, you should have three to eight years of progressive experience in a specified technical area Strong consulting, project management experience Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Proven leadership skills � ability to be objective, influence, lead teams, drive decisions Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral Strong financial analysis skills, ability to create business proposals Team building skills � hard working, dedicated, flexible, �hands-on� work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefit package.
