Even with little experience in banking, CityWorth Mortgage will train you and pay for your state licensing. This position pays salary + commission with mortgage bankers earning $50,000 to $100,000 in their first year.

Tasks:
Selling a variety of home mortgage programs and taking clients through the loan process from start to closing
Collecting all required financial information from potential clients
Working closely with others within the industry to ensure the loan closes in a timely manner
Specializing in conducting thorough analysis of income, assets, and credit to determine ability to repay loan
Professionally communicating with a wide range of people over the phone and via email
