Sales & Business Development Job Opening in Morrisville, Pennsylvania - Responsibilities:
This field-based sales position will be primarily responsible for growing Heavy Industrial Cleaning and Remediation sales by supporting and developing new and existing industrial customers located within the territory. Primary markets include Energy (Oil & Gas), Petro-Chemical, Industrial Manufacturing, Power Plants, Refineries, and Utility Companies.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and capable of a strategic/tactical focus on aggressively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities across the target markets. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to all account management activities to drive industrial and remediation sales within this geography. Performance will be measured on meeting several sales targets, tied to profitability and physical growth of both direct and indirect sales in the assigned geography.
Principle Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for solicitation, management, and expansion of company?s sales in designated geographic territory.
Supports and initiates business development and growth activities with prospective and existing accounts.
Practices ?Professional Selling? techniques in order to develop strong relationships with existing end-user customers to penetrate accounts and leverage full sales potential.
Planning and executing calls within the system.
Entering and following up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
Tracking opportunities from creation through quoting process to decision * Work closely with Sales Managers to effectively penetrate target accounts and industries.
Establish strong relationships with new and existing distributor network to exceed sales targets.
Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory
Align with relevant industry-specific professional associations, to leverage membership benefits.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to network and support company growth and expansion.
Requirements:
Completion of Bachelor?s Degree
3-5 years of proven business to business sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
Target market industry preferred
Proven ability to achieve sales goals
Willingness to travel, both locally and regionally
