Staff Accountant Job Opening in Portsmouth, New hampshire - Essential job functions include:
Closing of the subsidiary ledgers
Reconciliation of daily cash disbursements
Reconciliation of daily cash postings
Reconciliation of vendor payments
Assist with internal and external audits
Assist General Ledger team with monthly reconciliations
Required Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office products
Bachelors in Accounting or related field
1+ years of Accounting experience required
Solid foundation of generally accepted accounting principals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley a plus
Knowledge of lease accounting and systems a plus
