NDT Responsible Level III Job Opening in Laconia, New hampshire - Titeflex Aerospace, a manufacturer and repairer of precision tubular assemblies for the aerospace industry, is in search of a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Responsible Level 3 .
Summary: Manages the NDT inspection training program, providing training, testing, coaching and mentoring to department employees and develops employees to various levels of qualification in X-Ray.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations The following levels of certification are required:
Currently or previously NDT Responsible Level III. Certified to NDT Level III in X-ray in accordance with NAS-410. Must have documented hours for Training/Experience per NAS-410 Radiographic Testing Level III.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage the NDT inspection training program.
Write operating procedures, inspection techniques.
Provides training, testing, coaching and mentoring to department employees and develops employees to various levels of qualification in X-Ray.
Maintain training records / certification examinations
Provide technical guidance to inspectors and other departments
Support investigations involving NDT technology
Lead and drive the switch over from film to digital x-ray
Manage technical aspects of the process.
Performs internal auditing for department and customers.
Maintains records, test data, and customer requirements documents.
