Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Kenosha, Wisconsin - General Job Functions: An outbound tele/email sales role that focuses on developing strong revenue with an assigned list of current and prospective customers. You will be selling nationally branded apparel to dealerships, single store retailers and distributors across a number of industries. All communication with customers will be via telephone and email. You will be accountable for individual sales goals and expected to meet minimum monthly metrics regarding activities and results. Compensation is a blend of salary and commission.
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Place outbound sales calls via phone and email to existing and prospective customers daily
Driving sales through communication of marketing vehicles
Responsible for achieving set metrics such as sales goals, number of calls/emails, number of new accounts, etc. on a consistent basis
Prioritize among numerous customers and opportunities for the greatest return
Regular report-outs to Team on metric progress
Accurately and efficiently document calls in CRM
Understand and recognize sales opportunities and anticipate customer needs through strong listening skills
Form long lasting relationships with customers
Qualifications:
Quota driven performer with at least 2 years inside sales experience
Previous success in inside sales position, preferably
Solid prospecting abilities and excellent customer relationship building skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, drive to succeed with confidence and competitiveness
Energetic, positive, with a ?can-do? attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient and accurate with email, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel)
Must be located in Northeastern IL /Southeastern WI area as this is an in-office role.
