We are seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team! We offer outstanding compensation. Our training is the BEST and we take your success personally. Responsibilities:
Sales Professionals spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
Close and follow up on sales transactions
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Support on-line customers by setting appointments
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
The Ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e.. a "people person")
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients
Saturday availability is needed as well as some evening hours
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and DMV screen
Must have a Valid U.S. driver?s license
