Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor Job Opening in Morgantown, West virginia - The Hampton Inn & Suites Town Centre is currently seeking Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors .
Our new Hampton Inn & Suites Town Centre is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in August 2017!
Our Front Desk Agents and Night Audits are responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. Must effectively resolve guest concerns and/or related issues and communicate to all levels of management. Must have excellent cash handling skills and must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Night Audit positions will also be responsible for running all required reports. The Night Audit shift is 11 PM ? 7 AM.
Knowledge of the local area required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as business levels dictate.
