Customer Service & Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Epcon Communities is currently seeking a Customer Service & Accounting Assistant to join our growing company.

Responsibilities:
Our Charlotte office is in need of a well rounded individual to provide customer service to our homeowners and complete accounting and other administrative duties. This position works closely with our warranty department to ensure homeowner calls are received, logged and issues are resolved. Service calls require the ability to research problems, communicate with multiple parties and complete required record keeping. Accounting duties include processing cash receipts, issuing checks and reconciling credit card statements. Finally, the position provides administrative support to the office.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated customer service orientation and the ability to handle conflict and resolve problems.
High level of professionalism including the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Two to three years of accounting experience required. Experience with accounting in the construction industry preferred.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel required and knowledge of various accounting systems preferred.
Attentive to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
