The Front Office Manager manages all aspects of the department including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing and payroll in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. The Front Office Manager provides leadership and support to all members of the Front Office. Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all Starwood standards are being for the hiring, training, and direction of new department all Front Office quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently in conjunction with accounting to maintain and minimize levels of account activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction. Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest the activities and the service levels of the concierge, telecommunications, and front desk the timely completion of performance for the Starwood Preferred Guest membership program and ensure that all guests who are members are appropriately recognized, meeting all Starwood standards.
The ideal candidate must possess a high school degree or equivalent education. One to two years of work experience in an hotel environment preferred. The candidate must posses basic computer and office software knowledge. The candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills and must be organized.
