The Business Workflow Analyst will be responsible for identifying, validating, and interpreting trends in large data sets related to defined workflows as well as effectively communicating proposed solutions to management. This person will work with the ?R1Decision? technology, a workflow driver designed to deliver the right account at the right time to end users in various roles across multiple clients.
In this role, the successful candidate will dig into problems, and concisely deliver a data/metric backed story with proposed solutions.
The BWA will report to product owner, who reports up to Team Manager, who reports into VP of Operations.
Your day to day role will include:
Identifying and improving efficiency within workflow technology
Analyzing existing workflows for gaps
Ensuring the correct accounts are reaching the end user
Compiling and interpreting User feedback
Collaborating with internal IT Development and Technology Deployment teams to improve the User experience
You Have:
Bachelor?s degree required
2-5 years? experience
Strong Excel skills
A drive to understand the ?so what? and a strong analytic mindset to deliver creative problem solving
Revenue Cycle and/or Healthcare experience
A collaborative mentality and ability to interact across multiple teams
Ability to think outside the box to drive process improvement
Ability to multi-task and independently manage project demands in a dynamic environment
It would be great if you also have:
SQL Database skills
Familiarity with Vizio
