Sales Consultant - Construction Job Opening in Livermore, California - Borg fence is seeking highly motivated, professional sales consultants to help continue growing the company and building our reputation. Borg is a family run business and has become one of the highest quality fence builders in the industry for 17 years. We also build high quality decks, arbors, retaining walls, etc.
Position requirements:
Self motivated, Professional, Punctual, Dependable, Organized, Great time management, Great verbal skills, Constructions skills a must, know how to take precise measurements, Computer knowledge: sales force, outlook, windows, etc. Great team skills, Bi lingual a plus.
Job description:
Meet with prequalified clients to go over product line and needs. Salesmen are responsible for follow up, pipeline; material lists and general follow through of the job; including change orders if needed and handling issues as they arise on job site and after job has been done.
Territory covers North Bay, East Bay, South Bay and Marin County.
Job will interface with Operations, admin staff, owner and President of the company, as well as field guys.
Compensation:
$42,000 base for the first 3 months, then commission as pipeline is built. Additional monthly and quarterly incentives for sales goals being met. Sales people are making a minimum of 75k and maximum of 120k. You get out what you put in.
