Inbound Sales Representative Job Opening in Culver City, California - Property Matrix is the future of property management software. Utilizing cloud services, our customers get their rent paid online, have a mobile workforce and utilize the latest technologies to save trips to the bank. As part of our sales team, you?ll have the opportunity to help connect property managers to one of the world?s most innovative real estate apps.
Responsibilities:
-Field inbound calls/emails from warm prospective clients
-Place outbound calls/emails to leads
-Administer demonstrations of our powerful software, showcasing the benefits of Property Matrix to its users
-Forge strong client relationships with the ability to quickly build rapport and understand customer needs
-Negotiate and close deals
Requirements:
-1-3 years experience (this is an entry-level position)
-Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
-Authorized to work in the U.S.
-Ability to work on-site at our office in Culver City
-Service-oriented mindset with strong English language skills
-Self-starter and hunter mentality
-Team player with a love of technology!
