Center Coordinator Job Opening in Livingston, Montana - Center Coordinator ? Position Description
This is a challenging position. You will have to juggle many different tasks, and will develop a wide range of skills. You will be in a position of significant responsibility. It will be an outstanding learning opportunity, and a chance to make an enormous impact on our seniors by working to further the Park County Senior Center?s mission, goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Accounts Management: Manage accounts receivable including invoicing customers, creating sales receipts, entering accounts payable and processing vendor bills and payments, and maintain multiple spreadsheets using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Communications: Maintain update, and improve PCSCC?s website, brochure, and other marketing materials with timely information and improvements in design and language. Oversee PCSC?s social media presence on Twitter and Facebook.
Membership : Sell memberships; enter new and revised membership data into membership database.
Newsletter : Manage timelines, conduct interviews, write articles, design layout, and oversee editing of our monthly 12-page printed and electronic newsletter. Supervise the Administrative Assistant and volunteers on all newsletter-mailing tasks.
Office Coordination: Work with office manager to insure smooth office operations. Assist in general office management tasks including filing, answering phones, and assisting customers. Order office supplies, coordinate renewal of business insurances and industry organization memberships, perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be able to work 12-5 PM Monday through Thursday and 9-5 on Friday.
Must be organized, self-driven and possess excellent time management skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Access, Excel, Publisher and Word and QuickBooks.
Must have an intermediate understanding of accounting concepts.
Must have an associate?s or other degree with equivalent relevant work experience.
Must have previous experience working in a customer service environment.
Must possess excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal ? across all levels of the organization and have the ability to successfully communicate our mission to customers and donors.
