Our Company
Lavu is at the forefront of transforming the way that restaurants are managed through its initial product of a mobile Point of Sale (mPOS). These are the early days in the mPOS space with tremendous growth expectations. Lavu provides mobile and cloud-based POS solutions for fine-dining and quick serve restaurants, franchises, bars, coffee shops, pizzerias and food trucks.
Position Description
Reporting to the President, this individual will have a substantial voice within the company, interacting daily with the executive team, working cross functionally to develop a tactical corporate development roadmap and setting overall organizational strategies. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the company?s strategy incorporates a unique and compelling value proposition for its customers. The Business Analyst will be a hands-on, strategic and business savvy executive. The role calls for an executive who can thrive in a results and performance-based culture. They should have experience with financial modeling, forecasting, competitive intelligence, market research, business intelligence, budgeting, new market development, and business development.
Responsibilities:
Use superb analytics and business judgment to identify, prioritize, structure and solve complex business problems.
Support the corporate development strategy.
Identify new markets and opportunities as Lavu scales.
Roll-up the sleeves and get it done ? ability to operate as part of a high performing team member.
Communicating customer feedback to the Product Management team for future product development.
Personal Attributes:
Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level.
Strong negotiation skills and deal experience.
Self-starter mentality; will take a hands on approach that garners the respect of the team.
Smart, dynamic, aggressive and strategic ? a doer and a thinker.

Requirements:
8+ years of business analysis, finances, accounting and/or management consulting experience.
A solid understanding of Lavu?s market: product, players, and technologies. A rolodex of contacts in related markets is a plus.
A Bachelor?s degree in Business or Marketing with an MBA preferred.
