DIRECT CARE MANAGER Job Opening in Alexandria, Louisiana - All interested applicants must apply in person at Pecan Grove Training Center.
The Direct Care Manager will supervise the floor to ensure direct care aides remain on task and clients are taken care DCM position requires the employee to coordinator with other DCM?s to manage the direct care personnel. DCM functions under the supervision of the Training Director and Qualified Developmental Disability Professionals. While educational level may substitute, DCM should have both supervisory experience and experience with Developmental Delayed individuals.
Certifications are welcomed!
Shifts: 6:00am to 2:00pm, 2:00pm to 10:00pm , and 10:00pm to 6:00am.
