Office/Sales Assistant Job Opening in Grandview, Missouri - Mid-America Pool Renovation, Inc has been in business in the Kansas City area for over 30 years. We serve customers throughout the United States.
This position is a full-time position. Some overtime or weekend work may be required during the busy season.
Pay is expected to be around $40,000.00 per year, depending on experience . Benefits include Health Insurance, retirement plan, and paid vacation after a year of employment.
A good candidate for this position will be accurate and reliable, with strong attention to detail. Social media savvy is strongly desired. Being a strong team player is important.
We are currently looking for an eager, hard working Office Assistant to assist with and perform the following duties:
Accounting
assist with daily data entry
matching up receipts to statements
time card analysis and entry
Organization
send and receive Mail/Fax/Fed-Ex
ensure office equipment is in working order
ensure cleanliness of office
compile and produce various reports using existing
Documentation
file customer files
file invoices and accounting files
transfer paper files to electronic records
assist with insurance procedure and paperwork
update MSDS and other documentation
Sales
take customer calls and assist or direct as needed
stock marketing materials
assist with social media presence
form and send quote packets as direct
