Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Opening in Weatherford, Texas - Privately held medical businesses seek full charge bookkeeper in Weatherford Texas (15 min west of Fort Worth). Candidate should have 8-10 years experience in small to medium sized businesses. Associates or bachelors degree in accounting a plus.
Financial Reporting
Compiles Monthly Financial Reports for all Affiliated Entities. Enters into and manages in Quickbooks.
Conducts Financial Analysis and Makes Recommendations
Reconciles all Bank and Credit Card Statements.
Forecasts Financial Strength.
Completes all required tax forms and meets deadlines in a timely, accurate fashion.
Perform journal entries and adjustments as needed.
Develop the Annual Budgets with assistance and guidance from the Business Director then input the data into QuickBooks
In conjunction with the budget, develops the numbers for the expense allocations and Management Agreements
Payroll
Manages & Reports Payroll for All Affiliated Entities (3 separate tax ids).
Works with third party payroll provider for all employee/company related communication.
Tracks & reports Paid Time Off for All Employees.
Manages health benefits and 401K plans
Maintains the system for recording employee?s time
Ad Hoc Projects
Executes financial projects as directed.
Ensures all accounting processes are in place and consistently followed.
Accounts Payable
Receives, Pays and Tracks all Accounts Payable.
Processes refund checks for all companies.
Liaison with Banks for all entities.
Liaison with CPA for all tax and financial reporting.
Health and 401k benefits available for employee after 90 days of employment. Hours are M-Th 8 am to 5 pm, Friday 8-Noon.
