Pharmaceutical IT Support Job Opening in Cleveland, Tennessee - $38/hour, 6 month contract with potential for extension/hire

Individual in this position shall report out of the Quality Information Services department. The primary duty entails supporting Computer System Applications that are on the site?s Inventory, through their various stages of the Software Development Lifecycle namely to Implement, Maintain and Retire in accordance with the company?s global quality standards. Some of these activities shall be associated to project initiatives besides the standard daily support.
Responsibilities:
Computer Systems Validation expert that includes the following
o Strong experience with deployment of LIMS, SCADA, EDMS, ERP, LMS and/or other laboratory and manufacturing systems in a QA/Validation role. o Strong experience performing Periodic Reviews and ongoing Support of Validated Systems post Go-live
o Produces Validation Plans, IQ/OQ/PQ Protocols, SOPs
o Produces User Requirements, Design Specification, Configuration Specification, Requirements Traceability
o Executes protocols, writing deviations and Summary Reports
o Works with Gap Assessments and Remediation Plans
System Administration expert that includes
o System Administration experience with Windows as well as other software applications
o Adequate Windows and other software troubleshooting knowledge with ability to understand error messages
o Basic working-knowledge and can follow fundamental networking instructions
o Tech savvy with mobile devices including their set-up
Requirements (Education, Experience, Physical Demands,):
Bachelor?s degree and 7-9 years of industry experience, Degree in is highly preferred
Pharmaceutical experience a MUST
An expert in WORD, EXCEL, VISIO a MUST since this role involves heavy use of the three * MS-PowerPoint and MS-Project a PLUS
A positive team player that collaborates with the Business and IT units
Able to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance
Preferences (Experience, Skills):
Technical Certifications a PLUS
Laboratory experience a PLUS
Mindset of a consultant to be a problem solver
Knowledge of pharma and manufacturing processes.
Lab operations and equipment.
