Outside Commercial Sales Rep Job Opening in Baltimore, Maryland - Summary/Objective
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting the entire medium and heavy-duty truck line, which includes parts, fleet services, and generating leads for new and used trucks to businesses in the region.
Essential Functions

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and premise visits.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
Promote entire line of parts, service, and fleet vehicles to customers.
Work with management to develop plans to increase sales.
All other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel
Frequent travel to customer?s locations is required, approximately 80%.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver?s License
Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment
Proven sales experience
Must have excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
