We handle many types of cleaning projects such as floor care, carpet cleaning, yearly clean-ups, and window washing and much, much, more. Gergely?s Maintenance King expanded into janitorial supplies trying to be that one stop source for our customers. Our product line consists of floor strippers, Wax, floor machines, vacuums, carpet extractors, green cleaning products, microfiber, paper towels and trash liners. We also have access for most commercial janitorial equipment parts.
Dasco Paper (DSP) was purchased in 2001. Dasco Paper is a full line party store and janitorial supplies. Dasco Paper has everything you need to make party a success, from birthdays to graduations. Dasco Paper can also help you with the clean up after with our full line of cleaning and janitorial supplies. Dasco Paper now carries a full line of small wares and bar supplies for commercial and residential needs. Dasco Paper can make your event or home look like a professional was there.
The San-Bay Co (SBC) was purchased in . San-Bay is a full line restaurant equipment and supply store. San-Bay stocks commercial refrigeration & freezers, dishwashers, stainless steel work tables, hoods, fryers, beer coolers, and furniture. San-Bay also carries bar supplies, party supplies, & janitorial supplies. San-Bay has a design department to help with new construction or update a current kitchen.
Experienced Outside Sales Job Description
Maintenance King is on a growth trajectory and seeks experienced salespeople who deliver results and wish to grow with us! This position is full-time and will represent any/all of our companies? target markets. The ideal candidate will present professionally and have a proven track record both generating new business and cultivating existing business. This is not an entry level position. Responsibilities:
Meet with existing and prospective customers to address their challenges and fulfill their needs, while maintaining established sales and profit goals
Prospects for new customers and finds new quality leads to expand customer base
Positions our products and services as a strategic advantage to customers
Communicates the value proposition and core competencies of GMK, DSP and SBC
Consults with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Monitors market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
Proactively follows up on leads generated from Inside Sales and other sources
Develops territory and sales plans to target key customers and prioritize sales activities around company goals
Participates with management in updating territory plans and setting annual sales goals
Interacts cooperatively with Owner and other employees to service existing accounts
Gains and maintains knowledge of products and services by participating in company-sponsored training
Seeks additional knowledge from company leaders and experienced sales representatives
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience (B2B).
Restaurant, commercial janitorial or similar industry knowledge, skills, abilities, products and solutions is highly desired.
A High School Diploma or a G.E.D. is required
Demonstrated ability to employ effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales goals
Success in establishing quick rapport and building long term customer relationships
Interacts with others using tact and diplomacy
Displays persistence, with strong drive to succeed, and a professional personal appearance
Self-motivated
