Accounting Specialist (Contract) Job Opening in San Diego, California - We are seeking accounting professionals for multiple, contract Accounting Specialist positions for several successful client companies. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience and advanced Excel/accounting system skills.
Responsibilities of Accounting Specialist
Positions will include work in at least one of the following areas:
Accounts payable
Account receivable
Bank reconciliation
Payroll
Journal Entries
Month-end close
Background of Accounting Specialist
Ability to start a new contract engagement with minimal notice
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required
2+ years of experience in at least one of the following: AP, AR, payroll, inventory, general accounting
Excel and accounting system skills
