Law Firm Accounting Clerk Job Opening in San Francisco, California - San Francisco defense firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounting Clerk for its downtown San Francisco office.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, general assistance in accounting, preparation and editing client billing invoices, processing cash receipts and accounts payable vendor invoices.
Successful candidates will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing workload effectively.
Qualifications also include fast and accurate keying skills, the ability to proof one's own work, an understanding of good grammar, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required. Experience with Omega a plus.
