Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a paramedical office which performs drug and alcohol testing, wellness events, clinical trial studies and other insurance and healthcare related products nationwide. This position will also be familiar with the insurance examination service in the event those services are needed. Has P&L responsibility for their location. Must have a solid understanding of a small office best practices as the branch manager must be able to resolve the day to day operational issues in their office independent of direct supervision. Handle all staffing and staff management duties including but not limited to hiring, conducting performance reviews, delivering disciplinary actions as well as terminations.
Works closely with Field Support and Service Center Leadership and Project Management personnel to assure effective professional delivery of services.
The Branch Manager is expected to assist in customer service for the accounts the branch serves and will work in conjunction with the sales team to assist in generating new opportunities. Specific new business goals will be provided to the branch manager in working with Regional Sales Manager to execute the branch marketing and sales strategy. It is the Branch Manager's responsibility to resolve customer inquiries and complaints. In some circumstances, the branch manager may also participate in directly producing revenue by way of performing insurance exams, drug and alcohol collections, etc.

Recruit and hire staff
Manage site issues, inventory, facilities issues, etc.
Revenue Production (performing exams, BAT, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Experience in a supervisory role
Intermediate proficiency with basic MS Office products
Ability to work with all levels of our organization including management, finance and other facilities in our network
Ability to solve problems and shift priorities as needed
A self-starting and motivated approach to business
Must have ability to maintain customer relationships
Must be able to provide training on all product lines to staff as required
Knowledge of local business climate and familiarity with industry opportunities to support sales and marketing efforts
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask

Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Work Experience Requirements Three (3) to Five (5) years of progressive related experience
