Director of Nursing Job Opening in Crowley, Louisiana - Compass Healthcare, a leader in psychiatric health with facilities state-wide in Louisiana, is now accepting resumes for Director of Nursing (DON). We are looking for professionals who share our commitment to providing quality treatment through teamwork and integrity. The DON shall act as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, conducting at least, but not limited to; assessment and screening, development of nursing impressions and recommendations, treatment planning and treatment plan reviews, etc. The DON is also responsible for coordinating, planning and evaluating services in area of responsibility utilizing effective management skills.
Qualifications:
1. BSN/MSN preferred.
2. Current and active RN license to practice nursing in the state of Louisiana.
3. Minimum of three years of administrative experience, including involvement in personnel management and long/short term planning.
