Sales Administrator HVAC Service Job Opening in Cleveland, Ohio - Wadsworth Solutions Cleveland has an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a HVAC Service Sales Administrator. The HVAC Service Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting sales professionals, coordinating resolution of client issues, generating and formatting reports, assisting with maintenance of client information and fulfilling administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have an orientation toward providing support for others, being flexible, able to work independently, professional and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills while supporting multiple people. Wadsworth Solution is committed to providing their customers with secure efficient & comfortable buildings!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide support information for service agreements working in conjunction with sales associates
Coordinate & develop project sales estimates in combination with sales associates
Create turnkey proposals & repair estimates for various sales associates
Maintain CRM package for various sales associates
General filing
Attend regularly scheduled sales meetings
Organize customer events
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
Six months to three years of related experience or training highly preferred.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
In depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
Working understanding of Salesforce
Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems but not required.
Proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment
