Could hire a talented junior candidate (1+ years, must have at least some professional experience)
Flexible work environment ? can work from home 1 day a week if they want (need to still be in the Boston area)

What You?ll Do
Design and develop new UI features and modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and leveraging JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS
Work in an environment with continuous integration and deployment, Grunt/Gulp builds, and both unit and integration tests
Build web based applications that consume REST apis
Write testable code that focuses on optimizing memory usage and browser performance
Contribute ideas suggestions to improve our team and best practices based on your extensive experience
You will ship new features and fixes on a regular basis
