POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Regional Sales Representative will drive Advanced Assembly sales into new and existing accounts within a specific geographical territory. This is done by identifying, developing, and maintaining value focused relationships with all levels of contacts (including Engineering, Purchasing and Executive Management) within accounts. The Regional Sales Representative will prospect for new business and maintain an existing territory of business. The Regional Sales Representative is responsible to identify, qualify, and overcome objections to win opportunities. The Regional Sales Representative will have a high-energy style coupled with a personal ownership of their performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years? successful territory sales or customer service experience preferred
Quantifiable track record of account management at a high level of achievement
Ability to work under pressure to meet/exceed sales objectives
Ability to adapt in a fast paced changing environment with a positive attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Experience with Salesforce database a plus
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical information
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
Develop New Customers and maintain business relationships through active and personal communications
Work with internal Advanced Assembly departments to efficiently handle customer data and order needs
Provide ongoing account management by holding regular discussions with customers. Duties require the position to understand the customer?s general business needs, and to effectively communicate Advanced Assembly?s unique approach to provide Quick-turn PCB assembly.
Develop and maintain a technical knowledge of the various aspects of circuit board assembly that is sufficient enough to support customers and prospects appropriately.
Increase profitable sales revenues for their territory
Location: 20100 E 32nd Pkwy, #225 Aurora, CO 80011
Work Schedule: 45+ hours/week, typically Monday-Friday day schedule
Compensation:
As an inside sales representative, there is an hourly base rate paid, plus commission. Annual potential compensation (base + commission): $66,000-$100,000
Competitive benefits package including company contribution to 401(k)
