Major Duties and Responsibilities
Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefits.
Show each customer advantages of products over competing brands.
Guide every customer through the internal sales process.
Ensure customers are properly qualified based on their needs, wants and ability to buy.
Conduct a road test, and pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to customer.
Contact customers using mailing lists, data files, and personal follow-up.
Remain current with all sales department and related training in an effort to continually learn more about the products and services you sell.
Qualifications
Proven track record in a selling environment desired, but not required.
Motorcycle endorsement
Knowledge and/or experience in sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
, comfortable working on commission.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated "closing skills."
Exceptional customer service skills, with high energy and upbeat positive attitude.
Ability to push/pull full weight of motorcycle
