Guest Service Agent Job Opening in Saint Louis, Missouri - Guest Service Agent We are a 66 Guest Room Conference Center located on the Danforth Campus of Washington Univeristy in St. Louis, Missouri, our Guest Service Agents are responsible for welcoming guests and staff in an effective and courteous manner. Directly participating in operating a traditional 24-hour, seven days a week, hotel-style front desk operation. Answering external and internal telephone calls, taking and delivering messages as needed. Providing guest services at the Charles F. Knight Center so each staff member and guest experiences a positive impression of the facility.
