Weekend Memory Care Coordinator Job Opening in Columbia, Missouri - The Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resident engagement on the weekends by developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the therapeutic care of each resident to maintain each resident?s highest level of physical, social and psychological well-being.
Responsibilities :

Manages the care coordination of residents by developing, monitoring and evaluating the therapeutic engagement of residents.
Welcome and guide residents and family members through admission check in process on the weekends.
Lead potential resident abuse investigations.
Work Hours ( expected ) :
This positions is a part-time position, the hours of work and days are Saturday & Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with flexibility for day's and times.
Required Education and Experience:
Associates Degree or coursework in Human Services/Healthcare or a related area; or an equivalent amount of experience.
